  I would not engage any other agent other than Rufus Lietz to arrange and book all my travel needs. His outstanding knowledge and professionalism always makes be feel safe as a solo female traveler abroad. Rufus customer service goes above and beyond with knowing my very busy work schedule he made time to deliver my documents to my work place. I would recommend Rufus to anyone wanting this high level service.

  After our holiday we were required to follow up our Air Australia tickets that we were to be compensated for and got very little help from flight centre, they just wanted to push it aside and forget about it. They treated us as if we meant nothing to them now that we are not earning them money.

  We had the unfortunate luck of being affected by the insolvency of Air Australia. The ammount of mistakes that were made in the booking of new tickets was ridiculous, to the point where we had to book new tickets on three separate occasions before they got it right.

  Absolutely useless. A severe lack of help, understanding, and a very unprofessional attitude left my partner and i with little doubt that this is not an agency we will ever use again.
