  Even with emails from my chosen airline not to charge me rebooking fees, somehow they could only credit me back $10. I will never be using this company again.

  Only utilise Escape Travel if you want to willingly support an organisation which turns a blind eye to work place bullying, racism in the office, and down right unethical practices when looking after their own employees (such as managers extorting monies from their own staff). This organisation has an ingrained ethical disregard that originates at the ground level of managment and extends all the way to the top. Shame on the executive level for their complete and utter disregard to look after your own.

  Staff members are completely incompetent and continuously contradict each other. Mainly dealt with Ben, who gave wrong information about ticket prices, fees and charges, luggage weight limits, all very basic information. He had no idea what he was doing and required help for other staff on several occasions.
