  Burgers are amazing - Some aren't too filling for the value but the taste is to die for. Customer service by Rose was perfect. Everyone is super nice. Thanks guys :)

  Good food and location. Service can improve. Very convenient location within Eastland shopping centre. We love their baw baw burgers!

  So disappointed. Have been to a few Grill'd restaurants and have loved the food. Eastland, I'm sorry, but the food was VERY ordinary. Crushed bun, small amount of fillings, dry chips, and my favourite zucchini chips were oily and soaked in salt.

  Food great. Staff on this particular night (12/9/17) rude and disappointing. First I was waiting in line with a friend, we were next and the second person at the counter gestured for the people behind us to go under the rope and be served first. Second, my fork was dirty, so I politely asked for a new set, to which I didn't get an apology for but a "yep", and was given yet another dirty fork. Honestly wouldn't be surprised if it was the same fork. I was with a large group who all agreed the cuterly was gross and they wouldn't use it as well.

  This is not a $15 hamburger. It's $7.50 at best. The staff were lovely but this is not a $15 hamburger. Value for money would be a zero star rating. The two stars are awarded on the basis of one for tasty and one for nice staff. Go to the ramen on the other side. The drink was included for size reference. With the burger it was nearly $20
