  DO NOT RENT 1/3 Freeman street Ringwood east, Chinese owner harasses you every second week. Comes and spys on you and also the owner harassed me every second week. Would NEVER RENT from them, Chinese PM'S don't speak English

  FANTASTIC.. Cannot flaw any of their services ..especially SALES campaign where they performed strongly and produced us a VERY satisfying sales result. Special mentions for Gavin and Michael the auctioneer on the day. They and the whole Philip Webb sales team did us and themselves proud. Also their property management team were terrific for the approx 13 years we had our home tenanted. Here extra special mention goes to Ryan... He was the most professional, courteous, diligent property manager we ever had. We have no hesitation in recommending to anybody thinking of selling or renting their own homes..Look no further than Philip Webb ... We are glad we didn't ;)

  Went to the public house inspection with Phillip Webb and needed to use the bathroom. When I was done "David blundell"questioned me and ask why the bathroom door was closed. I then told him I need to use the bathroom. He then told me in the most rudest tone it "isn't" a public toilet glared at me and then stormed off.What a rude piece of garbage.i was a potential buyer for this property and this was a public house inspection. Now every time I see blundells opening the house going to be steering clear from them or Phillip Webb in general will steer clear. For other inspections when i needed to use the toilet never got told off and also saw other buyers doing the same. RUDEST AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS! Never buy any houses from the blundell Phillip Webb.
