  First time trying frescos last night. First time trying EatNow too. After ordering was told it would take 80 minutes (wtf). At the 85 minute mark a car pulled up out front but nobody got out..false alarm. But 10 minutes later a fella got out of the car to deliver our not so hot pizzas. Mine had gone chewy, cheese had solidified. My partners base was soggy. I heated up the oven and threw it in for 5. The base got a bit of crisp and the cheese melted. I had a "gourmet" margharita, which had a couple extra cheeses. It went alright but the extra cheeses were minimal. My girlfriend fed most of hers to the magpies the next morning. Its hard to find a reason to try Frescos again. I would be looking into the driver too because he is terrible for your business and obviously others.   We have always been happy with their pizzas over the past 13 years! Even when the place has changed owners a few times. A really good pizza and reasonably priced too. I would tend to ignore negative reviews. Give this place a go. You won't be disappointed. And no offence, pick it up. Pizza delivery is really a waste of time. Pizza is best hot! Not warm....

  I'm surprised Frescos is getting such bad reviews. I actually really like them & I've never had a bad experience with them. They're not as good as city pizzas and their marinara can be a little soggy (but it's hard to find even gourmet places that don't have soggy marinara's). The delivery staff are amazing, so friendly and happy, and they're always here much quicker than you'd expect. I've had our pizzas literally turn up 20 minutes after I've ordered them. What you need to remember is this isn't a gourmet or city pizza joint though. It's impossible to find that quality around ringwood/croydon so with that in mind I'm giving them a 4/5. Great value and quality for their price! +Menulog makes it even better.
