  The staff do try to score any extra money out of you that they can with extra training sessions or with added sign up fees but otherwise are friendly and easy going.

  The gyms equipment is more than sufficient enough for the numbers, barely saw myself using the pool and sauna much, not sure if others do too. But it's a gym all and all nothing bad nothing wow. But something anyone would enjoy.

  Good pool for practicing your swimming if you are new at it as it is only 1.2 meters deep but it is small so if you are proficient at swimming I suggest going to the Wantirna branch.

  Only been a member for a short while, but the club seems very friendly and well stocked in terms of machines and weights for the small size space they have.

  Trainers here are the best and know what they are doing. The classes are designed keeping everyone in mind.
