  I have bought my (almost) new car from interstate sight unseen except for the many photos provided. Our communications included detailed vehicle specifications and vehicle condition, and there were no surprises when the car duly arrived at my front door.   This probably comes as a bit of an odd review. I looked at purchasing a car from Ringwood Volkswagen only to purchase a car from another Dealer. I went as far as to get a price point on a work car and had the pleasure of dealing with Jack in the New car showroom. Now whilst a deal was never struck at this particular dealer, I dealt with maybe half a dozen dealers from all over eastern suburbs. Jack was easily the best, he was extremely professional, polite and honest, the best I had come across in my search. He wasn't pushy, never felt uncomfortable during the process and knew his product. He was happy to give us all the time we needed. I believe he is relatively new to the industry but he is sure to do well. I would also like to give a shout out to Hua in the second hand showroom. Very much in the same boat, polite and professional. Not to mention remembering me and my family after even a long spell between checking out the used cars. These young guys were a credit to Volkswagen and I wish them all the best for the future.
