  It would be nice if a staff member could pick up the store phone!! Tried to ring through several times and they never pick up. I have always had this issue with them in the past aswell. Whats the point in them having a store phone if no one is going to answer it?!

  Put more staff on, this place is ridiculous and has caused me to move away from Telstra. 1.5hrs - 2hrs wait, get a grip on retail customer service guys, what a joke!

  Telstra owned store and not a franchise - so you won't get screwed over just so someone can make some commission. Great!

  Nobody answers the phone and when you leave a message, nobody calls you back... Then when you give up and decide to drive to the store, be prepared to wait for 1.5 - 2 hours! Ridiculous! Nevertheless, they cannot be any worse than the Telstra online staff who promise you the world and deliver nothing! Literally nothing! I've ordered Telstra Bigpond cable to be installed 3 times now! Each time, the activation date comes and goes and when you contact them to find out what's happening, all the excuses and fairy-tales start... Lost the order... Shipping hasn't dispatched the hardware... Yes it's coming I promise... You can completely relax, everything has been done and you will online on XXX date... Rubbish! I'm unsure how they stay in business because nothing appears to be working. I've been promised a call-back today by some online supervisor to discuss the issues I've been having. L O L !

  This is a very popular store so be prepared for a bit of a wait unless you get there around opening. Good thing that Eastland is big I guess. They take down your name and number and give you a ring when its your turn in queue. It took about 45 mins to an hour for me to get a new phone once I was served (this included discussing plans, processing, and setting up the phone), so plan your time accordingly.

  Phoned the store and spoke with Janine about incorrect billing and some other issues. She dealt with the billing issue on the spot and sorted everything else out within 20 mins and rang me back to let me know what had been done. Not only was everything sorted in a timely and professional manner; she was very patient and courteous. Janine made my day, and she exemplifies how Customer Service should be done everywhere in Telstra !!!

  Staff were very helpful and friendly - much more so than other Telstra stores I've been too.
