  The day before moving our goods, we went and paid our fee, and Jessica went through all procedures, walked us down again to our unit, and went through all access instructions, and made us feel very comfortable with our choice.

  We were very impressed with the very prompt and professional welcoming service we received from Jess and the team at Fort Knox, Ringwood. Jess helped us set up our storage unit and she was extremely patient, helpful and informative throughout the whole setup process. Jess also helped us organise a trailer when we closed our storage unit. I would definately recommend Fort Knox and Jess for excellent customer service. The storage unit was clean. 10/10 Thank-you

  We dealt with Jessica at Fort Knox at Ringwood. When we initially went in to discuss our needs Jessica was so helpful. She went through the various storage sizes and asked us the types of goods we were intending to store.
