  I asked the massage therapist twics to focus on specific areas which was ignored twice. Also, the room was too cramped and i could feel the massage therapist push past my feet to move around the bed which really did not help with feeling relaxed.

  From the moment I walked in was made to feel welcome. Therapist I had was Sarah & I would recommend her highly. As I'm highly strung & find it difficult to relax, Sarah somehow managed to put me at ease & I didn't want the treatment to end. Every time Sarah changed to massaging a different part of my body she checked to ensure the pressure being applied was what I wanted. Was hesitant about the hot stones as thought they may hurt but boy was I wrong, just heavenly. Relaxation massage rightly named as I almost fell asleep. Can understand why this place won franchise of the year award & will definitely be returning.

  My go to when I need to relax and recharge. Staff are always super friendly and attentive, and you never feel rushed. 5 stars!

  Was given Endota Spa voucher so booked in for 60 minute relaxation massage.

  I was shown to the room at the accrual start time of my massage despite me showing up 15 minutes early. With that plus the consultation at the start and the fact the massage therapist was trying to fix the broken bed, my massage started about 15 minutes after the start time and the end time was not adjusted - not happy considering the $120 cost.

  I had the remedial massage and it was really good. Monique was superb, gave me like a deep tissue massage, i was so sore when i came in but after the massage, felt so good. It loosen every muscle i had before. She was excellent! and truly knows what she was doing,

  The kicker is that i got emailed a survey afterwards in which i have my feedback and selected that i would like to be contacted and supplied my details sand they never got in touch. This is what has motivated me to post a public review.
