    What an experience, i suffer a chronic spinal condition, i was advised to purchase quality Asic Runners for walking, i chose a Rebel outlet at Eastland, i was introduced to a lass named Jay, Jay spent in excess of 50 minutes assisting me find the right fit, i am truly grateful to Jay for being so patient, pleasant and very professional, the staff

    Horrible experience. Both times I was there, you have to beg for one of the staff to approach you. They would much rather have a group gathering and talk about what they are up to on the weekend.

    Do you people realise that your job is to help people select the appropriate footwear for their needs? A bunch of people joking around and acting like we are not right under your nose will not get return customers. There are plenty of other sports stores around that have professional and well behaved 'adults' willing to help. Will never return.
