  Went to oven twist today for my mums birthday,had a really really lovely meal. Everyone loved what they had,& they were generous serves. The service was excellent. Will be back for sure. Thanks Lauren for your awesome customer service. ☺

  I ordered one of their chicken burgers this morning through uber eats and it was inedible. The chicken breast was tough and dry. The crumb was burnt. Utterly disgusting. The drive time on the uber was about 2-3 minutes. So it cant be blamed on that.

  Floors/carpet were filthy. Badly in need of a vacuum too. Had a coupon/voucher, for value up to 47.00. Two breakfasts were 36.00 and two coffees were 9.00. Total of 45.00. But the girl charged 48.40, saying I had to pay the extra difference between cups and mugs. Checked online when I got home and couldn't see this written there. The voucher for 47.00 for breakfast should have been honoured!

  After a big night out i decided to order a simple parma from this place the next morning. What i got was the worst meal ive eaten in a long time. Easily the worst parma in my life.

  To start with, it cost me $26... Which is fine if your paying for quality. However what i got was a tough, dry, burnt, small, and very poorly flavoured slab of chicken breast.
