What a disgrace you should be ashamed of yourself. Clearly not working in the best interest of the vendor. Put an offer in for the property, asked to put in writing, which I agreed. Called two hours later to inform me the vendor will not accept the offer, fine what will he accept, I put two offers in, only this time he didn't ask for it in writing......(thought this was strange) Said he would not go backwards and forwards with bids but would contact me ( again very strange considering he is working to achieve the best possible price ) but still didn't ask for it in writing. After a quick text he got back to me apologising he didn't call earlier only to inform me that it had been sold.

I bought my house from Treeby 6 years ago and found them frustrating to deal with. The land my house is on was subdivided and there was a common driveway and a house behind us which was also sold then rented out by Treeby. I had multiple problems with carparking issues(they kept blocking my car in my garage), noisy tennants and had to call the police several times. Treeby rental didn't care about any of the problems. I swore I'd never deal with them again. Then about 2 months ago we were looking to sell our house and buy a new one. We found one that was for sale through Treeby. We took a look, put an offer forward subject to building inspection. The agent was thrilled and said it was 'the perfect house'. Our offer was rejected but the agent told us the figure they wanted. We had the family look at the house too (family of builders) and they said not to touch it. We told the agent we didn't want to put another offer in and he got mean and telling us that our family had 'another agenda' and didn't want us to have a nice house and the building problems were fabricated. The agent was pushy, demanding and reminded me of a petulant child. We will NEVER deal with Treeby. I notice this 'perfect' house is still on the market!

Since I had agreement with Treeby First National encountered many problems. I asked them to inform Landlord to remove some old Draws and Cabinet from Garage but they could not make it happen. The bath's slide door was faulty most of the time in 12 months period of lease. The property was not cleaned The property manager was not helpful at all and try to charge you for any small issue when you vacating the property beside try to take out some money out of bond with different excuses. If you say you do not agree with the unfair costs they threat you with Tribunal. They just mention when you lease this property you should tell us. I give one star which is too much for them.
