  Try best avoid selling with this agency, the agency has no enough knowledge of real estate market in the area, lowering down the property to below market price during valuation, but also stating number of issues of properties and discourage potential seller. Reason I contacted them because I noticed they sell number of town houses cheap, but their attitude and estimation shock our family hard, we end up decided not selling our property not purely because of them, but they have discourage extremely hard on us, we felt unprofessional and we all felt sick after their visit. We forced them to go out from our property before they show what they have for us.

  Hi. My name is Catherine lean and I have been renting through Carters Real Estate for the past nine years or so and in all that time, I have had no problems. The people are friendly, extremely helpful and always on hand with queries or such. This is one of the best estate agencies I have rented through and always felt at ease and respected. I give them 10 stars in my opinion. Thanks Carters and all your wonderful staff.

  Absolutely shocking experience with Carter Real Estate Ringwood. Never going to buy with them neither sale nor would recommend it to others They did an unfair sale and main cheap selling techniques for 90-92 Ringwood Street Townhouse sales, they could get away because Land Act of 1962 is pending review. Be very careful when you deal with them in future.
