  As far as McDonalds go this is a good one. Good, large, indoor playground. The staff seem helpful and friendly (more so than normal). Food is what you expect from them

  Very poor service. I ordered one large vanilla sundae for two kids, and request for 2 cups. It is very reasonable. And the amount they gave to me is less then two soft serves. So I have to buy two more soft serves. So why should I pay $3.70 for that. Two soft serves only cost $1.20. When I questioned them, the manager gave me a unhappy face and said it is supposed to be like that. Really?

  I cannot believe I've never been to this McDonald's before. The service is unbelievable. The staff members are so courteous and polite. This is also the first McDonald's where their staff actually serves food to our table like a proper dine in restaurant. The indoor play area is spotless clean and there were staff members doing rounds every 5 minutes to check on the cleanliness of the restaurant. It's perfect to bring the kids and they loved it. The store manager also was serving food to customers and was very polite. Every staff member asked customers on each table if they have been served their cafe order or if they needed extra coffee which I thought was superb service. Overall I'm really impressed and I loved the customer experience I had while dining in today.

  How do you actually screw up an order so bad?? Order the Chirizo chicken burger and nugs to go... Get Angus beef bull blahhhh and dry pieces of carpet chicken. You had one job Maccas!!!

  It's still a pretty new addition here in Ringwood. Great for the kids, big playground, lots of seating. Cafe is average, prefer my coffee elsewhere. The food is yummy and quick. Two drive-throughs which are a awkward to get around in. Parking isn't too big, but there is Coles across the road if it gets to crowded.
