    For some reason my credit card was charged by @ different company name other than Pandora after shopping at 5his shop

    In my experience, I found the staff to be rather unfriendly in terms of after-sale customer service if you're not there to be a new sale for them. They aren't very friendly if you have any after-sale care questions you need help with - whether it's to enquire about an issue with a clip or make an exchange within the stipulated company policy rather than make a new purchase. It's not that they refuse to help, but they do it with a surliness and disdain that seems unwarranted for the several hundreds of dollars you did in fact spend in the store when the original purchase(s) were made. The feeling you get is that you're a waste of their time since they can't make a sale off you, and they wish you walked up to someone else to get served. I can only assume it's the company culture, competitive mentality or training as I shop at other dissimilar but large chain brands like T2 or kikki k or typo where you can really feel the difference and the staff at those stores are always super lovely and helpful and welcoming regardless if you're buying, browsing or after-service care, for them I would go back for more and happily say "take my money" the next time and time again. While the stuff they sell are totally different, the customer service experience need not be so different.
