  I made a booking for 12:30 and sat waiting until 12:50 for someone to do my nails. Colour selection is VERY minimal and colours are not very nice. During the process of getting my acrilyics on the lady doing my nails did not ask if I liked the shape and they asked me to pay in the middle of getting my nails done. I feel that that asked me to pay as they new that my nails looked horrible. After being finished my nails have glue and the powder water stuff all the edges that won’t come off and they look like I have had them on for 2 weeks already as she did not paint to the edges of nail and there is a gap that does look good. The polish was applied too thick and they now look like cereal boxes that have been stuffed with too much cereal. Worst experience I have ever had and wish that I could give a -100/5 star rating. I’m incredibly disspaointed and wish that I had sled for a refund and it is easy to say that I will never ever go back again.

  Not the worst pedicure I've had in terms of aesthetics, but there's no atmosphere. Very quiet, no music or ambience, just the chink of teaspoons from a nearby cafe and the clunk of my massage chair, loved with the occasional whizz of an electric nail file. Staff were polite but it was clear it was literally just a case of providing a service and on to the next one. Didn't have to wait too long to be seen, walked in, so expected a wait, especially as there were only 2 ladies working. Massage chairs at the pedicure station were a little clunky and aggressive, not relaxing really. Nice selection of colours and she did do a good job on my toes. I was here out of convenience and would probably go back to my regular spot, purely for the craic!

  Literally the worst nail experience ever!! Horrible customer service and communication, didn't ask at all whether I was okay with what was going on my nails. My french tips ended up 3/4 of the way up my nails. I was so unhappy I went back and made them put colour over the top. The acrylics looked horrible, and she did no prep on my nails to even help them look decent.
