    Very helpful staff and generous returns policy. Went out of their way to help solve our issue. Even though only a cheap part was required still helped us out.

    Women customers treated badly as per the norm in Jaycar. New salesman supposed to be finding a socket for me but just served a male customer instead. When I asked if he'd found the socket he said it was his first day & to ask someone else. Male customer then accused me of abusing the sales guy. Asking if he'd done what he said he was going to do isn't abuse. Other sales staff chatting rather than serving. Questions not answered by second sales staff he just walked away grabbed a socket and handed it to me. So chauvinist store for chauvinist. Anyone know of an electrical store that has that funny little thing called customer service?
