  Myer Eastland - Great Service, really nice staff and more product range than other Myer stores. I am confused by other reviews as I have never had an issue with the men's range and I always pick up a bargain. The store as a whole is always neat and tidy. It was the best kept secret until Eastland was renovated. Now its a little difficult to find a car park. Myer is well located.

  I was very disappointed with my experience at Myer Eastland over the weekend. The selection of menswear was extremely underwhelming to say the least. I couldn't find a single pair of jeans in the right size from multiple brands. The women's lingerie department was probably bigger than the entire mens section. A few years ago, the mens section was the entire ground floor but has since been pushed into the dingy corner of Myer.

  Likewise, the mens change rooms are an absolute disgrace. I walked around for several minutes trying to find the tiny little 'Mens Change Room' sign above the door opening. Upon walking in their were coat hangers thrown across the floor, the walls had scuff marks all over them, the doors has a half inch gap opening (meaning people could see in) and their were no service attendants. Meanwhile, the womens change rooms (formally mens change rooms) have sofas, lamps, beautifully painted walls and 2 service attendants.

  Just spent 12 minutes on hold because of system changes to phone response system - Are you kidding - System changes at this time of year - I want the job of who ever decided that one.

  Junk service, can never get through when called. And I know why! When I was in last all the people just walk around while phones are ringing. But all good because David jones gets my business now. The service is 100 times better.

  No one to help us and then after 20 mins we got someone she was not helpful and then no stock waste of time going.
