    No customer service whatsoever! We bought $100+ worth of products and wanted to exchange a $19 UNUSED, UNOPENED, hand mixer which my 20yo daughter bought more than a month ago coz she didnt know we already had one at home. The Manager refused to exchange it for store voucher, claiming it was more than 30days, hence no exchange! I said I have never had any problem exchanging for store voucher in the past and they claimed it was implemented about 6 months ago the new policy. And it was on the fine print of the customer service desk and online as well. I said who actually go and check all these when they puchase. And I explained we are buying $100+ worth of goods now in exchange for $19??? SIMPLE MATHS for even a 5 yo to understand what brings more profit for the store??? The Big W staff and Manager needs to be re-trained in the area of customer service and KPIs! Will never shop here again! Im normally a Kmart customer anyway, more choices and better priced.

    BIG store with just about everything you might need , Mens wear,shoes,pants & shorts, most tops and even workware!

    Every thing is cheap and I want stuff from there. You have got almost every thing I need. BigW is a AMAZING shop
