  They were very helpful when I got them to look at a car (vehicle report). and picked up issues I did not notice when i was looking at the car. When I got them to service and fix some issues they were transparent about giving me quotes to fix individual things. I am happy to recommend them based on my experience so far.

  Had to get my air con re done else where, after paying $280 to have it 'attepted' fixed here. They since have given up air con repair. They have lost a truly local costumer.

  The ADR team conducted an RACV vehicle inspection on my behalf. I found the team members highly informative regarding the inspection process and cost. I had the report within a couple of hours, was able to speak with the mechanic who performed the inspection and discuss any concerns. Based on the detailed report the issues were fixed by the car dealership and I purchased the vehicle. I found the ADR team to be completely professional, friendly and exceeded my expectation of customer service. I can thoroughly recommend them.
