  Having never purchased a car interstate before we were somewhat inexperienced with the process, however we couldn't be happier with the service of Joseph R. at Mercedes-Benz Ringwood. From my initial inquiry through to the final delivery, Joseph was first class. He constantly kept in touch with us at every step of the process and answered any questions we had. He even organised transport of the vehicle from Victoria to Queensland and completed a complimentary service prior to delivery. I would highly recommend Joseph and the team at Mercedes-Benz Ringwood. Exceptional service! Thank you!

  Not happy with the service at this dealership, initially they were helpful but that changed it took weeks before i would get a reply from the Vince and he always had excuses, i was keen to buy a car from them and also approached their business manager to arrange finance she was helpful initially, it all was going well, until i followed up on the progress and was told by Vince that i need to pay 5,000.00 for them to put our loan application through, which was absolutely ridiculous, in all my time of buying cars and getting finance i have never come across this absurd sales tactic even other MB dealerships don't endorse this practise. The frustrating part of all this is i was never told about these fees from Vince or the Business Manager Danielle, otherwise i would have gone to another MB dealership but i was loyal to them, and in return they inconvenienced me, wasted my time and didnt end up helping me. Even i was surprised that the sales manager was no help at all when i addressed the matter to him. Overall a very unpleasant experience, having moved over from Audi cars to Mercedes its been very disappointing considering this was the first MB dealership i approached. I definitely will not recommend my clients to do business with your dealership, the way i was treated was absolutely appalling.

  Top quality experience. From the test drive to delivery, everything was seamless. Friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. Highly recommended! Anthony Minello was a superstar! Customer service was wonderful and Mercedes Benz Ringwood took the time to make you feel special. Beyond happy!

  I recently bought a used Mercedes Benz from MB Ringwood and the quality of the service was outstanding. Even though it was a used car I was treated like I had just bought a very expensive new vehicle. The way they presented the car upon delivery was excellent. I have bought new luxury cars in the past and not experienced this level of service. I dealt with Joseph Roccuzzo in sales and I highly recommend him. He was not only pleasant and courteous to deal with, but down to earth and practical in his approach. MB Ringwood is highly recommended.
