  Can highly recommend this great little bike store who provided an honest appraisal of what might be ailing my bike and fixed the problem promptly and without over charging. Fantastic and friendly service and would definitely take any future bike related business to them. Most impressed!

  I recently took my 'wall art' mountain bike out to the trails after 15 years of non-use. Steve at Bicycle Workshop provided outstanding service in getting me going again - sharing his views and experience, without being pushy or rushing to make a sale. During the bike service he was able to get my gears shifting correctly (which they had never done when I was riding regularly). He has also done a quick chain repair for me just before closing. I have since bought a number pieces to keep me on the trails. It's service like this that will make this my regular bike shop.

  I took my bike (Giant TCR2) bought from there in 2001 after a crash ripped the rear derailleur dropout from its mount. They supplied the part which was in stock at a price below ebay and other stores and drilled out the old bolt and tapped a new thread without charging me. The owner Hans also had a really good chat to me about the history of the store. I left there very impressed with the service and with a good feeling!
