  Despite all the negative reviews I went in to have my brows cleaned up and tinted. I normally go to their shop at fountain gate. The girl did an amazing job! Will definitely consider making this my regular place.

  Have been to this place before for eyelash tints. Usually they do a good job. Although at times they have left me sitting there for longer than needed after the timer goes off.. have never complained before until today. I went in and asked for a brow tint as well as lash tint (have had them done professionaly and at home before). I have red hair & fair skin & asked for slightly darker than my natural hair. I couldn’t see it developing as I had lash tint on. I opened my eyes to near black eyebrows! When I told her this she just laughed and said ‘no no’. I look ridiculous and am sooo embarrassed. I have my sister in laws hens on Saturday and I look like Oscar the Grouch!! The woman simply kept saying that it was what I asked for?? She refunded my money only after I came back in and started really complaining. I have no way of getting rid of it! Will never return obviously.

  First of all I asked for wax, and showed a photo of the shape and thickness I wanted. I wear glasses, so took them off and had faith that she would respect my wishes. Big mistake.

  Very poor service. Happened twice. Went their , they made me wait for 15-20 minutes and then one girl with bob cut asked the other girl to send me back. This same girl has done this thing twice. That's really unprofessional. Other day one staff did eyebrows that too not properly, when asked to clean up properly she made excuse saying we are busy. Really not happy with the staff. I really don't recommend anyone to visit this place.

  I had my eyebrows threaded here on the 28th of November. I am so disappointed in service they provided and the way they threaded my eyebrows. I have had my eyebrows threaded before at other parlours and it was not as painful as this place. It turns out she threaded my skin. It goes to show that she was inexperienced and I highly do not recommend this place. I have scars under my eyebrows from the skin she threaded off. I have added a photo taken 2 days after the service.

  Not only did she rip out half my eyebrows, leaving thin little caterpillars, but she did so with thread.
