    Highly unprofessional service. I have to wait 20 minutes to speak to a customer representative and this is their regular practice you cant get help quickly. Further, I got no interest on my goal saver account since I have made transaction which is surprise to me as initially I have been told that I will get the interest if I will deposit the same amount. Comm bank is only taking benefit from the customers instead of giving. I wish I have saved my money with other bank which I will do it soon now. Highly not recommended bank.

    I am awarding one star only because it is necessary to do so. I have been to this branch in order to pay rental and walk the gauntlet of machines and staff trying to force me to do the work Australians should be employed to do; in the face of exorbitant profits made by the bank! And now their continued funding of fossils fuels has made this bank the most disgraceful in what I consider to be a criminal banking system that surely must fall if we are to have any hope of survival at all!!!
